Hi my sweeties,
I hope you’re all having a good time! Do you remember the post When a pink bomber jacket loves patched denim? After sharing this look I got so many compliments for the patched up jeans (from Zoe Karssen) and some of you guys asked me where to get a similar pair. This sweet feedback motivated me to show you some more variations of patched up picks. And good news – patches and patchwork are some of the hottest trends for spring/summer 2016. So you’ll find a great selection in stores.
The great thing about patchwork is, you can also do it by yourself and get your own customized version. And it’s so easy. First of all, you choose a piece of clothing which you want to pimp up with some fancy patches. This can be everything – take a simple sweater, a denim jacket or some pants. One possibility is to get your patches in stores (look at the collection down below). If you are more in the mood for denim patchwork, you can also take a pair of old jeans, cut it and stitch the pieces onto your chosen garment. But don’t worry, if you don’t have that much time or you’re anything but a DIY-fan. Just have a look at my little collection in which I put you together some great patchwork variations.

Wow, as I am writing this post I’m getting even more exited about this trend! Don’t you think all these funny symbols spread happy vibes immediately? And with the different patches you can even share your current mood. Yes, I will definitively make a customized patchwork piece asap – or I will get another one of these gorgeous variations which you can see in my collection. 😉 I wish you all a great rest of your day my loves. Let me know your favorite patched up pieces. 🙂
With love, Carmen ????
P.S. This week, I started my internship at a newspaper. Which is really cool. But as this new job is quite time-consuming, I probably won’t have enough time to make a post every other day like I did so far. Of course I’m gonna try my best because I love blogging! But I hope you won’t be disappointed if there may be a little less posts at the moment. Have a great one!
