How to style your City Blossom Look

It’s official, with the beginning of May those cold days are definitely over. Even though some flowers have started to bloom already, those real spring feelings could never really be spread to the fullest. Especially in the cities, those places where you find a lot of pink cherry blossom trees are quite rare – except if you are in Seoul or Tokyo. 🙂 However, you can still get into this mood just by giving your outfit a little spring upgrade like Longchamp did in its current collection. Are you ready to feel like a stylish city blossom?

The other kind of flower look

The first thing to notice of a piece of clothing is the color. Therefore, a vivid spring tone is the ideal choice to feel really springlike. For that “sakura” mode – which means flowering cherry in Japanese – you should definitely go for pink.  However, instead of the usual cotton candy pink or a vibrant fuchsia shade, why not choose something more ordinary: A vibrant coral tone makes your outfit look more special. Plus, the fresh color makes you feel like a lovely cherry blossom yourself – you don’t even have to go for a floral print.

Blooming contrast

Of course the combination decides about how your total look appears in the end. However, if you choose an easy romper like the one from Longchamp, your outfit is almost done anyway. As the knitted material is very comfy, it’s the go-to option to spend the whole day in the city. Thanks to the mix of a casual sportswear vibe and some feminine details like the balloon sleeves, it’s a piece you can wear to several occasions. With a crystal belt you can even take your romper to a chic level. To add in that modern touch, just pair it with some fishnet tights.

Apparently, this outfit proves that you don’t always need a bunch of flowers to feel those spring vibes. Sometimes a vibrant color and a unique combination can get you into this mood too. Do you already have in mind how your next city outfit is going to look like?
