A mixture of nonchalance and extraordinary combinations – that’s what Luise’s style stands for. Whether it’s a rainbow shirt or a pair of dungarees, for the young Berlin girl, sartorially (almost) everything is possible. Her colorful outfits, which she mainly finds in second hand shops, represent her happy and creative personality. If she’s not browsing through the newest Berlin shops, the 18-year-old likes to draw or to make music in her free time. But even at every good jam session, a coffee break with friends is a must – gladly in colorful socks and a Hawaii shirt.
What's the first you pick out of your wardrobe in the morning?
The first piece of clothing I choose in the morning are my socks. I solely have colorful socks and I like to coordinate my outfits around them.
What are the three key elements to your style?
Color, pattern and my daily state of mind are the factors that determine my looks the most.
Three words that describe your style.

If you could be a piece of clothing for one day, which one would it be?
I would love to be a big dungaree or a colorful hawaii shirt because both represent my lifestyle and they look great at anytime.
What does inspire your style the most?
I like to get inspired by the style of the 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s. After all, I combine these influences with modern street style.
Fashionably speaking, what is your favorite time of the year?
I feel the most comfortable from 15 degrees on. However, you can wear absolutely everything when the temperature rises above that – if you really want to. *laughs*
What are the pieces of clothing you could never live without?
A few years ago, I bought two fantastic Hawaii shirts. One is printed with plants and the other one has a super bizarre intricate print. I love both of them but to be honest, I don’t think I could choose only one favorite piece.
What do you count as most important in fashion?
Most important are saturated, fine coordinated colors – I think that’s what characterizes an outfit. Besides, ecological and sustainable shopping is very important to me, I buy almost everything in second hand shops.
