Hey Sweets, how are you all doing?

Lately, I’ve discovered how important it is to me to start my day in a good way. I think, when you feel good in the morning, you’ll keep this feeling for your whole day. That’s why I started to do a morning routine. Of course, everyone is different and you should find out what makes you feel good. But here are some ideas, which could help you to start the day with giving your body some energy, confidence and a good feeling.

I hope you’ve had a good week so far! Maybe some of you have been reading my blog before and you’ve already noticed that I am a very positive person (that’s also why my blog is called carmitive). You know, actually I don’t only want to post my outfits or nice celeberties just because I think it’s nice. I really want to show you guys my way of life and what I think.

And I think he said something really important. All over the world everyone always wants to be good-looking and it’s all about clothes and new trends. But I think as long as you’re not happy you’ll never be beautiful. You don’t need all these expensive dresses and shoes – of course they’re nice but they don’t define your beauty.

Back to school season has just started and so has the time for backpacks. I mean, the era when they were only worn at school is definitively over. Today, you can wear backpacks on almost every occasion – on a shopping day, when you go out for diner or even when you meet your granny for tea 😉 Whatever you’re up to, they’re just a great and comfortable alternative to your handbags and clutches.

What’s up my Sweethearts!

I hope you’ve all had a good day so far. Well, it’s always the same with these Mondays isn’t it.. Nobody really likes them. But they won’t disappear only because nobody wants them and that’s why I think today we should all hit the ‘Refresh Button’. It might sound a little bit strange I know, but all I mean is that we should forget our problems and clear our minds. Personally, I love to do Yoga or Pilates. I always feel so great after I completed my session. Not everyone likes Yoga of course – you should definitively try it – but then do some other exercise instead or just go out and get some fresh air. I promise you, after a little walk outside the world will look different (and better) 😉
