Fitness, strength and shape – those terms have become quite relevant to today’s healthy lifestyle. As working out doesn’t only mean to do push-ups and press-ups, it’s important to focus on the inner muscle groups as well. In the long term, core work will pay off for sure.

There are good mornings and there are very good mornings. The second ones usually contain yummy breakfasts. So why should not every day start perfectly? With some easy tricks you can always enjoy a delicious homemade muesli – even if you are on the go in a busy bus ride.
They are red, sweet and delicious. Strawberries belong to the summer, like the gingham pattern does this season. The red berries turn every meal into a yummy eye-catcher.

Today, I wanted to share with you another look from last week’s shooting. I loved this sporty outfit. I think it’s a great casual combination out of Zara jeans, a crop top and Adidas sneakers.
As I felt so good in these clothes I just did what I was up to. So, in this case it was doing a handstand and smile 🙂 This shoot was really so much fun! The setting was not that special but I really liked it because in this way you focus more on the clothes.

Lately, I’ve discovered how important it is to me to start my day in a good way. I think, when you feel good in the morning, you’ll keep this feeling for your whole day. That’s why I started to do a morning routine. Of course, everyone is different and you should find out what makes you feel good. But here are some ideas, which could help you to start the day with giving your body some energy, confidence and a good feeling.

I hope you’ve all had a good day so far. Well, it’s always the same with these Mondays isn’t it.. Nobody really likes them. But they won’t disappear only because nobody wants them and that’s why I think today we should all hit the ‘Refresh Button’. It might sound a little bit strange I know, but all I mean is that we should forget our problems and clear our minds. Personally, I love to do Yoga or Pilates. I always feel so great after I completed my session. Not everyone likes Yoga of course – you should definitively try it – but then do some other exercise instead or just go out and get some fresh air. I promise you, after a little walk outside the world will look different (and better) 😉
